A Market for the Community, Funded by the Community!

Our Vision

We’re creating the Olympic Peninsula Flower Market- a space where local flower farmers, florists, and the public can gather to celebrate seasonal blooms.

To open our doors and bring this dream to life, we’re raising funds to cover a few key startup needs:

Our final goal is $50,000 to open our doors by February! We are asking help from our community!! Every dollar counts! It brings us one step closer to creating a vibrant community hub for flowers, growers, and artistry.

3.5% Cover the Fee

This isn’t just about flowers- it’s about community, connection, and celebrating local beauty. When you contribute, you’re helping create a place where creativity blooms, friendships and community grow, and local businesses thrive! We’ll share updates, photos and behind-the-scenes stories as we build out the market!

Funding Goals

The Olympic Peninsula Flower Market was born from a simple idea: to bring locally grown flowers and community connection under one roof.

We’ve seen how hard our local flower farmers work- and how limited access to wholesale florals can be on the Peninsula. By opening a central market, we’ll make it easier for florists, farmers, and flower lovers alike to source, sell, and share beautiful blooms right here at home!

Our market will be located in Port Angeles, in a prime downtown location. We’ll be open to both professionals and the public- offering weekly flower market days, special seasonal events, and hands-on floral experiences.

Your contributions will help us:

  • Building the Market Space

In order to build the market, we will need to secure rent on a prime downtown location in Port Angeles. We will also need to onboard new employees, get permits, design the market space with flooring, fresh paint, shelving, buckets, and design spaces

  • Essential Equipment

We will be handling a lot of fresh product that belongs to a lot of different people. In order to properly care for the flowers we will need a large walk in, reach in coolers, a refrigerated delivery van, and sinks.

  • Community Experience

The market will be designed to grab the attention of anyone passing by as well as drawing in fellow florists and farmers to use us to sell and buy through. We will need to purchase the appropriate signage, begin marketing campaigns, and adding the little bits that will make this market a destination! That includes things like tables and chairs, an espresso machine, a bakery counter, and product to sell.
